1. What is included in the home inspection?
The home inspection follows the InterNACHI Standard of Practice and includes:
Structural Components
Exterior
Roofing
Plumbing

2. How long will the inspection take?
Typically the inspection will take about 2 - 4 hours but could be longer depending on the size of the property.
3. Should I be there for the inspection?
Yes we suggest that you attend the inspection so that if you have any questions we can answer them as we inspect the property. We do realize that sometimes you are not able to attend and in this case we are more than happy to go over the report with you at your convenience.
4. Should the home be tested for Radon?
Yes, the EPA recommends that all homes should be tested for Radon. Radon is present both indoors and outside and knowing what the levels are is very important for you and your family.
